5 THINGS I USE EVERY DAY (SUMMER EDITION)
1. Rainbow Thin-Strap Leather Sandals
The best basic, everyday flip-flop. The leather is amazing quality, comfortable and works with most casual looks. At $50, you can’t beat them. I prefer the thin-strap but they also come in a thicker style in several colors.
2. Old Navy 7/8 Ankle Compression Leggings
I do everything in these leggings. They’re a compression fabric which is flexible and lightweight for working out or day to day wear. The 7/8 length is also the only way to go this time of year IMO. I don’t like thicker, bunchy fabric when it’s hot and these hit right at the ankle + are super comfy. Amazing for the price too— you can usually snag them on sale for around $20!
Alright I think it might seriously be time to retire these because I wear them SO MUCH. They’re one of those things that you just grab and throw on because you don’t have to think about it, ya know? If you don’t own a pair of high keys, I’ll link them here for you. I have the mini size in the black fade. The style is a classic but the fade gives me major throwback vibes to the 70s which I love.
This has quickly become a summertime staple for me. I’ve always had a love/hate with my Fitbit (long story for a different day) but I busted it out and have been using it to track my steps every day. I like the overall functions + connecting it to the app on my phone. Mine is the original Versa which I think is discontinued now but the Versa 2 looks just like it— I’ll link it here.
5. Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield w/ SPF 50+
Another forever fave— my favorite every day sunscreen. I recently shared this in My Go-to Products for Minimal Summer Makeup post so I won’t get too repetitive but I love. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lightweight SPF for the face.
