As promised, today we’re unboxing my new Oura Ring! After spending months going back and forth and researching whether to purchase one, I thought I’d contribute to the Oura conversation here online with an unboxing + hopefully some helpful info. If you’ve been curious about the ring or new ways to prioritize your health and sleep, here’s the 411 on my buying experience.

ORDERING PROCESS

If you’re in the US, you can now order the ring directly on Amazon here. It's also available for purchase through Oura or on Goop

There are four color options for Generation 3: Heritage Silver, Heritage Gold, Stealth & Black. The Silver and Black options retail for $299, the Gold and Stealth for $399.

When I ordered, Amazon wasn't an option so I purchased directly from Oura. I opted for the Heritage Gold. If you purchase through Oura and know another Oura user, you can also save $50 off when ordering on Oura.com + they do offer an occasional promotion here and there. I was able to find a $50 off code from the Oura Ring Community Facebook Group (thank you all!!) which helped cover the $15 shipping charge and my sales tax.

The actual ordering process is the same as anywhere else, however there are two sizing options at checkout. You can select your ring size upfront or choose for them to send you a free sizing kit first. Unless you’ve already owned an Oura ring or tried someone else's kit, I would definitely go with the sizing kit. You can try them out and then they'll ship you your chosen size once you decide.

**2024 UPDATE: If I were to buy another ring, I would now order it here on Amazon. Right now it's on major sale + you can also get faster shipping and easy returns!**

SIZING INFO

As far as actual sizing goes, the Oura ring varies a little bit from a regular ring. The design has sensors on the inside which makes the look + feel slightly different. The ring sizers replicate this and are made from a harder plastic.

After receiving my sizing kit, I was able to narrow down my options to two sizes. I was contemplating on going for a tighter, more snug size or one that was slightly loose. Oura recommends you wear the ring on your non-dominant index finger for the best accurate reading and to avoid scratches, however middle and ring fingers are okay too.

I consulted the Oura Ring Community group on Facebook for tips + found these suggestions helpful:

- If you're between two sizes, size down.
- The ring shouldn't be able to slide or come off too easily and many suggested you shouldn't be able to remove it without using soap + water.
- Choose a size that you can wear on multiple fingers for different periods of swelling, shrinking, etc.
- Wear the sizer ring for at least 24 hours + while sleeping to gauge the fit.
- The actual ring is much more comfortable to wear + comes off easier than the sizers

I was a little bit concerned with the two sizes because the smaller one was very difficult for me to take off, however the larger could easily slide and move. I contemplated for a few days but ended up going for the smaller size as suggested which I'm very happy with. I found all of the tips and advice they offered to be spot on and super helpful. My ring is snug but comfortable. I've actually found it can still twist a little on it's own, however I have to really work to get it off or use soap/water.

Even though it's harder to take off, it doesn't feel too tight or constricting. The actual ring is super light and not very noticeable. I can also wear it comfortably both on my middle or index finger. A few users in the group shared that the actual ring was slightly larger than the comparable sizer. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in mine other than the ring turning a bit on it's own. I don't recall the sizer moving but this could also be from my fingers fluctuating in size. I think if I'd gone with the larger size, it would have ended up being too loose for my liking. Smaller seems to be a safer bet for both accurate readings + making sure you don't lose your ring.

UNBOXING THE RING

The ring arrived in a white Oura box with instructions, the charging dock + charging cord.

SETTING UP THE RING

The instructions indicate to charge the ring first and then connect it to the Oura app on your phone.

You have to pair your ring to the app + your account before you're able to access any information on the app. This was super easy and quick to do. I was able to pair my ring while it was charging in less than five minutes. I also had two do a firmware + app update while setting up which only took a few minutes each.

One thing I did notice was that the initial charging took a little bit longer than expected. The booklet says that the ring will fully charge in anywhere from 20-80 minutes, however it took a little over two hours for mine to fully charge. I also noticed the ring stayed at 99% charge for awhile before finally reaching 100%.
Also maybe some helpful advice that I didn't know until I Googled-- the light on the dock will be blue while pairing, flashes white while charging + then turns green when fully charged.

Since, I've found the charging to be super quick and hassle free. It's wireless charging so you just pop it onto the dock. I've also heard it's best to keep the charge within a range of 20%-80% to preserve the battery life.

SHIPPING

The processing and shipping for both my sizing kit + ring was super quick. I first ordered the ring late Wednesday night and the sizing kit shipped out the next morning. It arrived on the following Tuesday. After ordering the ring, I believe it too shipped the next day and arrived within three days.

There was a notice on the site about a potential two week delay due to demand, however I didn't experience this. Mine was super quick! I've heard some mixed reviews on turn around time + service so I was happy to have a great experience.

What do you think about the Oura ring? Would you wear one?

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS OF 2024

With just two days left, we've officially reached the end of 2024. As I've gotten older, I've come to appreciate the start of a new year. It's always bittersweet to see Christmas and the holidays go, however the start of a new year feels like a breath of fresh air. There's room to start over, keeping pushing towards goals and to take time to rest.

I'm excited to start on some of my own personal goals, however I think January will be a period of easing into things for me. With how busy the holidays are, it's good to take some time to prioritize yourself and recharge.

For the last and final blog post of 2024, I thought I'd end things with a little recap of the Top 5 Most Popular Blog Posts of the year. If you keep up with the blog, you'll know I share one of these each month throughout the year. It's always fun for me to see which posts are getting the most visits + hopefully a fun way for you all to see new content. They are always changing and while some always make it in the list, both new and old posts seem to make it into the rotation! Here's what made the list for all of 2024:

1. REVIEWING YASSO GREEK YOGURT BARS - Kicking things off with the most viewed post of the entire year- my review on the Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars. I was actually shocked to see this was in the number one spot- Ms. Oura Ring Unboxing finally got knocked off her thrown! I see you, my fellow foodies. Spoiler alert but still go read the post here- I love the Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars. They are so delicious and a healthier alternative to ice cream. Even when I'm trying to be healthier and eat cleaner, I still always want a lil' sweet treat and these hit the spot. Definitely be sure to check out the post here + add these to your grocery lists in 2025!

2. OURA RING UNBOXING - Here she is! If you've kept up with any of these blog post round-ups, there's a very good chance that my Oura Ring Unboxing post is in the top spot. If it's not at number one, there's a 99.999% chance it's ranked on the list somewhere. Ever since I purchased an Oura Ring and shared this post back in 2022, it's been one of the most popular posts on TKD of all time and for good reason! I absolutely love my Oura Ring and I have zero regrets on buying one. I've worn it almost every single day since it arrived in the mail and I find it to be extremely useful. It's a wearable ring that will track your activity, sleep, readiness + more. I will say that when it comes to activity and steps, I still prefer an Apple Watch. For sleep and all the other features, I love the Oura. It's also spot on with tracking my monthly cycle. The unboxing post is a great resource if you're interested in purchasing one! I originally ordered mine directly on Oura, however I love that you can now buy it here on Amazon. Way faster shipping + easy returns.

3. TASTE TESTING LESSER EVIL'S PUMPKIN SPICE POPCORN - Another surprise + foodie post! I wasn't expecting to see this one in the most popular posts for the entire year, however this post really took off over the last 3-4 months. We're out of pumpkin spice season now but I love trying out different seasonal snackies. I'm also a huge fan of Lesser Evil in general- the Himalayan Gold Popcorn is my all-time fave.

4. PUBLIX HAUL | 10.9.22 - ANOTHER foodie haul... are ya'll telling me to just switch over to a food blog?? Honestly I would love that too, hehe. I love to bake, cook + grocery shop! This post is a random (and oldie) Publix Haul from 2022. It's always funny to see how some older posts become popular years later... life's kinda funny that way though, huh?

5. SALT & STONE DEODORANT REVIEW + RESTOCK HAUL - Okay, I have a lonnnnnnggggg history with deodorants. About two years ago I decided to switch over to clean, aluminum-free deodorant. If you've ever tried the natural deodorants, you probably know most are pretty sh*tty. I hate to hate but someones gotta keep it real, lol. I tried and went through tons of "clean" deodorants. There were a few decent ones, my personal favorite and the best I tried being the Salt & Stone line. Definitely read the post here for my full review + why I love them. I'm still a big fan but because I workout a lot and have physically demanding job, I got fed up one day in the summer from sweating a little too much (sadly just unavoidable with the clean bunch). I decided for the warmer and busy months to just switch back to my favorite Secret Clinical deodorant. I have yet to find a clean deodorant that can perform as good, it's that d*mn aluminum, ya'll. She's toxic but she gets the job done! Despite my switch, the Salt & Stone is still my favorite when it comes to a healthier alternative. If I did more low impact exercise and worked a less physically demanding job, I would continue using it all of the time. I am all for eliminating bad ingredients, especially in something like a deodorant. That being said, sweating and odor is a no-go too but I still reach for the S&S on low activity days or if I'm just hanging out around the house.

That's a wrap on 2024 and the most popular blog posts of the year! Thank you all for being here and sharing this space with me. It's always been a creative outlet for me to share what I love and just yap a little bit. Whether you're a frequent flyer or a one stop shopper, I appreciate you + your support! Chat with you in 2025!! -- xx

I love sharing my picks + hauls with you all! Should you click on or make a purchase through the links in this post, I'll earn some money to keep on shopping! Pretty cool, huh? :)

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS | JUNE 2023

June is going by so fast, I didn't even realize that we're already halfway through the month. I was surprised when I saw the 14th on my calendar earlier today, lol. That sounds a little silly and I'm ALWAYS a broken record on how fast time flies, but this month hasn't really felt all that fast to me. Everything feels a little slower in the summer but I guess time keeps ticking the same as always, huh? Y'all know the halfway point means it's time for a round-up of the most popular blog posts here on TKD from the past month. Sometimes I struggle to come up with new content ideas so I appreciate having this one on my schedule! We're also throwing it back with a lot of oldies today. Besides a recent Healthy Grocery Haul, all of these posts are from the last year or two! Here's what made the cut:

1. OURA RING UNBOXING - I'm starting to think I need to just copy + paste the same blurb for the Oura Ring Unboxing, lol. If you're new to these posts or the blog, one of my most popular posts of all time has become an unboxing for the Oura ring. Because it's such a popular post, it ends up in almost every single one of these "top 5" round-ups. I can't complain though, I absolutely love my ring! It's a wearable sleep tracking ring so you're into improving your health or sleep, I highly recommend.

2. BEAUTY HAUL - I'm always surprised to see this beauty haul post thrown in the mix. I don't know why, I guess it just feels a little random to me? Maybe because I only actually purchased a few items + the rest were "freebies." I will say I still love + use several of the items in this one, though! The Velour Brow Pencil + the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream are both phenomenal + constantly in my rotation.

3. A HEALTHYISH GROCERY HAUL - I've been on a Publix kick lately! I was just talking about this in Monday's Publix Haul, lol. I love their BOGO sales every week + that they carry a wide variety of different items. This grocery haul from a few weeks ago was a pretty good one too, they had a lot of my favorites on BOGO that week. I've been working on upping my protein and trying to eat healthier meals at home so I've been going grocery shopping more.

4. WALKING 10,000+ STEPS EVERY DAY FOR 3 WEEKS - I love that this post has been getting a lot of interest lately. Almost two years ago, I started walking 10,000+ steps every single day. After my first three weeks doing it, I wrote this blog post about my experience and I've stuck with it ever since. I feel very proud that it's part of my daily routine + I think it's a great habit for anyone to pick up.

5. 5 MOTIVATIONAL BOOKS I WANT TO READ - I'm ashamed to say I still haven't read ANY of these books yet so this one's still very relevant to me. On the positive, I have been getting back into reading so maybe I'll cross one or two off soon?? I recently finished Greenlights and I'm almost finished with Every Summer After. What have you been reading lately? I always love new recommendations!

Do you have anything exciting happening this month?

I love sharing my picks with you all! Should you click on or make a purchase through the links in this post, I'll earn some money to keep on shopping! Pretty cool, huh? :)

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS OF 2023

Today's post marks the final blog post of 2023 here on TheKristenDiary.com. It's hard to believe another year has passed us by, isn't it? I don't think I'll ever really quit saying or feeling that way-- time truly is inexorable. Despite knowing that, I also don't think I'll ever stop feeling a peculiar and bittersweet sentiment around the passing of a year. I always feel the same with my birthday, too. It's strange-- experiencing life and aging is a gift but I still can't seem to shake feeling a little sad about it passing by too.

Despite my wishy washy feelings, I'm looking forward to 2024! I'm excited to dive into new goals, change and growth. I'm a big believer in always striving for progress + improvement, however a New Year always feels like a fresh start full of possibilities. Before diving into that and all of the resolutions, though, I thought we'd take one last stroll through 2023. Every single month I share the "Top 5 Most Popular Blog Posts" on TKD so it was only fitting to end the year with the Top 5 Most Popular Blog Posts from all of 2023. If you've kept up with any of these throughout the year, number one should come as no surprise...

-THE TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS OF 2023-

1. OURA RING UNBOXING - Coming in at number one for the entire year (and pretty much every single month of the year) is my Oura Ring Unboxing. I've had my Oura Ring for almost two years now and it's one of my favorite purchases. If you're big on health + tracking data, I highly recommend buying one. It's a wearable ring to track your sleep, fitness + overall readiness level for each day. It can also provide insight on the female cycle, oxygen levels + more. I purchased the Gen3 in the Heritage Gold. For the full 411 on the ring, my ordering experience + overall first thoughts, this post is a good place to start.

2. MY AMAZON STOREFRONT - Earlier in the year, I also created my own Amazon storefront to organize + link all of my favorite things on Amazon. I made this post shortly after creating my storefront and clearly we are all big Amazon lovers. I try to keep my storefront updated regularly with all of my favorite lifestyle finds- think snacks, shoes/fashion, beauty, supplements, books + more.

3. WALKING 10,000 STEPS EVERY DAY FOR 3 WEEKS - This post is an oldie but a goodie from 2021 when I first started walking 10,000+ steps a day. I had heard back then that it was (and it is!) extremely beneficial and ideal to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. On average, most people only walk 3,000-4,000 steps per day. Because I have an active job, I'm constantly moving but when I tracked it, I was still only walking anywhere from 6,000-8,000 steps per day on average. At the time I challenged myself to start walking the 10K+ per day for a month which I did. After the three weeks, I wrote this post on my experience, how I did it and tips on how to get started. I've also continued walking the 10K per day ever since! It's a wonderful healthy habit to add into your daily routine and I encourage everyone to do so. When I first started, it would often feel daunting at times to get my steps in but now it's just like brushing my teeth or driving to work. PS- it would also make a great New Year's resolution for 2024!

4. SUNDAY FOREVER FRAGRANCE UNBOXING - Here we have a little unboxing for the Sunday Forever perfumes in "Coconuts" and "Eau de Babe." I ordered a set of these minis to test out which I've been really enjoying. Their packaging is gorgeous + both scents smell great.

5. BEAUTY HAUL + SEPHORA/ULTA BIRTHDAY GIFTS - Another little oldie post is this beauty haul. I've done a lot of different hauls and unboxings on the blog over the years so I've always been surprised to see this one in the favorites. I think mainly because it's a random mix of just a few items. I have an inkling though that the reason it's so popular is because of the Sephora + Ulta Birthday gifts. I'm a big fan of the birthday gifts every year and know I usually Google them to see which one to pick! I'll also say that this haul does have some great, tried + true products that I still love. The moisturizer + mascara are two of my all-time faves!

That's a wrap on 2023! Talk to you next year, xx.

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS | APRIL 2023

Every month I like to share the top five most read blog posts here on TheKristenDiary.com. It's always a great way for me to see which posts you all are enjoying + it's even better that you all seem to be interested too! Whether you just love reading blogs or have a blog of your own, I hope they inspire you in some way, shape or form.

I've always found my interests are spread out in many different buckets. Even after blogging all these years, I still ponder at times whether creating content around several different topics versus one niche is the "right" way of blogging but as the saying goes- a master of none is often times greater than a master of one, no? The reality of the situation is that we aren't actually mastering anything over here BUT we're having fun regardless. I also love that we can connect on things we both like! TY for dropping by and spending time with me here :)

There are also endless benefits to walking at least 10,000 steps a day + it's a must in my eyes for health and wellness. TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS | 1.15.24

Okieeee, it's time for the first "Top 5 Most Popular Blog Posts" of the month in 2024. If you didn't know, every month I post a little round-up highlighting the top five most visited posts here on TheKristenDiary.com. It's a little unconventional in that I always post these halfway through the month as opposed to at the end, however it lets me have an overview from the last 30 days with both the previous + current month. I love seeing what you all are reading the most + gaining insight on what to keep posting. I love that you all enjoy these too + I can't wait to see how they change throughout the year. Here's what made the cut this month:

1. OURA RING UNBOXING - What better way to kick off the New Year than with an Oura Ring? At this point, it should be no secret that I'm obsessed with mine + highly recommend everyone to also get one. It's a wearable device (similar to an Apple Watch) that tracks data on your health. The ring's primary focus is on sleep, however it will also give insights on activity, readiness levels + the female cycle. If you're curious about purchasing an Oura Ring, my unboxing post is a great reference with all the 411.

2. SHE READS TRUTH BIBLE | UNBOXING - Reading the Bible has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine after purchasing the She Reads Truth Bible. It's always been a goal of mine to read the entirety of the Bible from start to finish which is why I purchased this version. It's a CSV (Christian Standard Version) that makes the readability a little easier to understand in today's world + has a beautiful design. 3. SUNDAY FOREVER FRAGRANCE UNBOXING - The unboxings are very popular this month, huh? With Spring just a few short months away, you definitely don't want to miss this one. I unboxed + tried out two of Sunday Forever's bestselling fragrances in this post, both smell amazing and are great spring and summer scents.

4. THE BEST AFTER CHRISTMAS SALES - Who doesn't' love a good after Christmas sale? Although I always spend way too much before Christmas, who am I to miss out on a good sale? It's always the perfect opp to buy what you really wanted for Christmas, haha. In all seriousness, you can snag some great buys at the end of the year + even now in January. I look at it as a great time to re-vamp my style for the New Year and bankroll any goals or hobbies.

5. MY AMAZON STOREFRONT - If you love Amazon, this is the post for you. I've got all of my favorite purchases and go-to essentials linked in my storefront. There's a pretty broad mix of snacks, fashion, beauty, fitness/vitamins/wellness, books + more.

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS | SEPTEMBER

It's time for our monthly round-up of the most popular blog posts here on TKD. These posts have been a popular new addition to the blog over the last few months + I'm really glad you like them! I've been seeing a mix of both new + old uploads in the top five so it's a great way to catch up on new, "new to you" or some older posts. I also like to see what you have been reading lately too ;) Here's what made the cut this month:

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS THIS MONTH

1. WHAT I WANT FOR FALL - A newbie!! I'm stoked that I can start sharing fall content and my first post of the season-- What I Want for Fall-- made it into the list. My wishlists are constantly changing + growing (lol, are we surprised?) so making and sharing the "What I Want" posts is a lot of fun. This one in particular has a mix of fall fashion staples, beauty + accessories.

2. FALL SNEAKERS I'M LOVING RIGHT NOW - I've been on a new sneaker kick lately. I've added both these On Clouds and this pair of HOKAs to my collection which I think was a fire starter, lol. Upgrading my old shoes to these has made a huge difference + now I feel like I need an entire collection of fun options. I'm very active too so style + functionality are both a must.

Read here: Fall Sneakers I'm Loving Right Now

3. OURA RING UNBOXING - Back in the top five is my Oura Ring Unboxing. The Oura Ring is a sleep tracking device that provides data on how you sleep, ways you can improve + more. I've been working on improving my sleeping habits and score (calculated by the ring based on all different factors) and so far I love it. If you also struggle with sleep, it's definitely worth looking into.

4. BOOKS IN MY CART | BUY 2, GET 1 FREE SALE - For my fellow book worms. Every once in awhile this store has a big sale on books (buy 2, get 1 free). Right now there isn't a sale, however the post has a lot of books that I have had on my wishlist or have purchased lately.

5. WEEKLY CRUMBL | 8.17.22 - Ya'll are enabling the infamous Crumbl Cookies reviews, lol. I will say I've proudly skipped the past several weeks, hehe. I'm also not very impressed by the current week's except for the Banana Cream Pie... the Banana Pudding cookie is one of my all-time faves so I feel like I have to get one. One week that WAS good was this Weekly Crumbl which we all clearly agree on! ;)

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS | 7.17.23

Welcome back to another top five recap! If you're new to the blog, each month we do a round-up of the most visited posts from the last month. It's a fun way for me to see what content you are liking + also shares a little snapshot of what the blog is all about. TKD is a lifestyle blog with a mix of everything I love: beauty, style, health, wealth + more. It's always interesting to see which posts are the most popular because sometimes they're brand-new uploads, other times oldies from years back. I know I'm a little biased but I hope whether you're new here or not, you'll find some inspiration and enjoyment out of them. Here are the Top 5 for July:

1. OURA RING UNBOXING - This month has been a major win for my sleep scores. I don't know whether it's because I've been more mentally + physically tired this month or just a fluke but I've been getting a lot more quality sleep. I wear my Oura Ring to bed every single night which measures your sleep quality based on timing, restfulness, latency + more. I normally rank somewhere in the 60s which is considered "poor" (such a struggle, guys) but lately I've been hitting in the 70s and even mid-80s! If you're curious about improving your sleep too, the Oura Ring is a must. I highly recommend, I'm obsessed with mine.

2. MY AMAZON STOREFRONT - Are we all Amazoned out yet?? LOL- anyone else shop Prime Day this year? They actually had some great buys and you can never go wrong with that two-day shipping! If you also love Amazon, I always keep all of my favorite things (and what I'm currently wanting) in my Amazon Storefront here. I also add new finds weekly + what I'm loving at the moment.

3. THE BEST 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND SALES - The 4th honestly feels like it was ages ago, ya'll. I mean really-- it's crazy. Where does the time go? It's always a mystery but one thing I do know is that there were some good sales that weekend. I couldn't tell you what they were and while I'm sure they won't be exactly the same, I also know with 99% certainty there's still a good one going on now. LOL. On a real note though- I love these posts because despite whatever holiday it is, all of the stores usually do always have great deals going on. It makes anytime a great time to buy + they are also my favorite places too.

4. MY ULTIMATE SUMMER STYLE GUIDE - Not gonna lie, I am pretty much ready for fall BUT summer still deserves it's moment in the spotlight. If you're looking to revamp your style or have any fun vacations coming up, everything you need is in my summer style guide! It has all of my favorite swimsuits, dresses, sandals + more.

5. SUNDAY FOREVER FRAGRANCE UNBOXING - A fun little unboxing from this month! I'm currently searching for my signature scents + love the smell and vibes of Sunday Forever. Right now I'm testing out their Coconuts, Eau de Babe + Smokeshow fragrances. Yummy summer vibes I will gladly hang on to!

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR BLOG POSTS | 5.15.24

Today's monthly blog post recap just so happens to fall on my sista's birthday- Happy Birthday, Sissy! Hehe. I'm sure ya'll know the drill by now but if you just stumbled in, every month I share a little round-up with the top five most popular blog posts here on TheKristenDiary.com. It's a little unconventional in that we do them halfway through the month versus at the end but if it's not broke, don't fix it right? Here's the lineup

1. TATCHA DEWY SKIN UNBOXING | SKIN CREAM, SERUM + LIP BALM - For all my skincare girlies, this post is for you. It's a little throwback unboxing of some Tatcha products which (spoiler alert), are amazing. Tatcha is such a great brand! I love how their products work + that they use clean ingredients.

2. OURA RING UNBOXING - While I'm not surprised Ms. Oura Ring Unboxing is here today, I am surprised that she isn't in the number one spot. Every single month without fail, this post is always in the top five and usually number one. It's definitely a favorite here on TKD and for good reason- the Oura Ring is awesome. I love mine and recommend it to everyone!

3. WEEKLY CRUMBL | 8.3.24 - It's super random when my older weekly Crumbl posts resurface, however this post makes sense because the French Toast "cookie" is back this week! It's so so good, ya'll. I've been debating on whether to get one... definitely one of the best ones I've had!

4. WALKING 10,000 STEPS EVERY DAY FOR 3 WEEKS - If you're looking to boost your overall health and daily activity, walking is a great way to do so. I'm coming up on three years now of walking 10,000+ steps every single day which started right around the time this post went up. It was my initial experience with walking 10,000+ per day and the habit has stuck ever since! If you're curious about how I got started + some tips I have, this post is a good one to check out.

5. DESTINATION DISNEY! DIY DISNEY GIFT BASKET + DISNEY ESSENTIALS - We're definitely gearing up for Disney season now that summer is quickly approaching. Several years back, I made a fun little Disney themed gift basket for my sister's birthday. She took a trip to Disney World that year so I filled it with some fun Disney items + park essentials. If you're planning a trip or need a gift for someone who is, it's always a fun idea. Everything I included + used is all linked in the post here
