Happy Friyay, ya'll. Today we're back with Week 2 sales picks from Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty Sale event. If you aren't up to speed, we're entering day eight of a three-week long sale with over 250 "beauty steals." There are tons of makeup products, skincare, haircare, fragrance + more on sale here for 50% off of regular retail. For the full nitty gritty on the sale, check out my "Ulta 21 Days of Beauty: Week 1 Picks" post from last week. I ended up buying over half of my picks from week 1, lol. I don't know whether I SHOULD be celebrating that or feeling buyer's remorse but NO RAGRETS here. Nothing haunts us like the things we don't buy!! Now it's time for round two... here are my top picks! There are some good holy-grails in this week's mix. I think I've tried every single thing on this list except the OUAI cream, Bobbi Brown foundation and Tan-Luxe drops. They're all great products which is why I included them. I'm also pretty certain I've even re-purchased multiples of every single one over the last 10-15 years? Definitely foolproof products I'd recommend any day of the week- at these prices, it's a no brainer. I plan to stock up on what I need and maybe grab some new shades in something like the NUDESTIX or MAC lippies!!

Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty Event is back just in time for fall! Ya'll know I love this sale- it's a three-week long event with an amazing selection of makeup, skincare, haircare + fragrance products all for 50% off of regular retail. Ulta puts the sale on a few times each year- this time there are over 250 different "beauty steals." Almost all of the items are from higher end brands, too, which makes the savings a little sweeter. 

I always shop + cover the sale here on the blog. I like to break it up by each week so today's post is all about my Week 1 sale picks + a little bit of info on the sale.

+The sale is a 21-day event starting on Friday, August 29th - Thursday, September 18th

+Items change daily so each sale item and discount is valid for one day only when featured

NEW SKINCARE + SELF TAN HAUL

It's haul time, ya'll. I finished opening some new beauty purchases I picked up during Prime Week this year- I snagged some awesome skincare buys and some new self tanner! Skincare is definitely my favorite beauty category to buy these days- it makes all the difference both with and without makeup on. This year I discovered the brand Minimalist on Amazon which is a new favorite. I wanted to switch things up in my routine by trying their Marula Oil Hydrating Moisturizer which is an absolute dream for dry skin! I picked it out specifically for that reason and in all honesty- because it came in a tube packaging. I wanted something a little less fussy than a jar cream for the mornings, as silly as that sounds! 

I immediately was impressed and after going through an entire tube, I repurchased it again during Prime Week. I don't think this product was actually "on sale," however it's only around $11 which is incredible. It's super hydrating and gives my skin a healthy glow. I've also tried this Sepicalm Sensitive Skin moisturizer also by Minimalist which I enjoyed. They have tons of different products- all formulated according to skin preference in need which I love. New in this haul is this Aquaporin Booster Cleanser- a gentle, hydrating cleanser also for dry skin. I've now been using it for a week or two and so far, I'm enjoying the formula. 

For the eye area, I picked up both a variety pack of the Grace & Stella Under Eye Patches and this Beauty of Joseon Retinal Eye Serum. I'm excited to try out all of the different eyepatches in the box- there is a mix of different ones for anti-aging, de-puffing/dark circles, smoothing, hydrating + more. They also included a free Grace & Stella Hydrating Lip Mask during the sale which I definitely need. My lips always get so dry- I will let you know how it is! It smells so good, just like strawberries! 

Last but first on my buying list was this Coco & Eve Self Tanning Kit. I've heard so many great things about their tanning mousse so I can't wait to try! The kit is a great value and sold me because of the back applicator! I've always struggled with tanning my back so this has to help!

Ulta Beauty has a huge summer sale event kicking off this week on Sunday, June 29th through July 19th. Similar to their annual 21 Days of Beauty events, this sale features tons of beauty deals on makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance + more at up to 50% off.

There are so many great categories + products being featured in the sale. I've picked my standouts + the items on my personal wishlist which are all linked in this post. I'm especially excited to see some self-tanners included- I've had my eye on several of the Coco & Eve products! It's also a great time to stock up on jumbo hair care products- lots of jumbo sizes are on sale for up to 40% off. I always love a good deal on mascara- there are so many different brands 40% off during the sale. Anything from Lancôme or Tarte is always a go-to! I've also still been on the hunt for some new summer fragrances and there are some great scent options for up to 40% off. I'm the most intrigued by the different Vacation scents... I can't decide which one I'd like best? Nest is also included and ya'll know how I feel about the Madagascar Vanilla- such a yummy scent!

The final week of Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty Spring Sale starts today. In case you missed the sale posts from over the last few weeks, every year Ulta hosts a 3-week long event with tons of makeup, skincare, hair products + fragrance items for 50% off of their original retail price. The usually host the sales 2-3 times a year and it's one of my favorite times to shop. You can score amazing, high-end products for 50% off which is pretty rare. The one kicker for the sale is that the items change out daily so when something's on sale, it's only good for that one day. You can shop both in-store + online though! Also another quick tip- Sephora is also currently matching the same deals on their site here + offering a few of their own items for 50% off too. I've also seen Amazon jump in some too- a few of the items they've price matched throughout the sale, others they haven't. It might be worth a check if you prefer to shop through them!

I tend to use it the most for places like Ulta, Sephora, Target, Nordstrom, etc. They have pretty much any national retailer you can think of and most places offer at least 1-2% cash back always, however you can sometimes earn up to 10-20% back! It definitely adds up over time and I use it every time I shop online.
