AGENT NATEUR HOLI(STICK) + (AIME) PROBIOTIC DEODORANT REVIEW

I wanted to update you with a little review today on Agent Nateur's h o l i (s t i c k) N3 + ( aime ) probiotic deodorants. In my effort to switch to cleaner products, I purchased both of these deodorants during the AN Black Friday sale last year. Having never dabbled into the natural/aluminum free deodorant world before, I knew starting with Agent was a great choice. They have impeccable skincare and body products that use the best ingredients and are luxuriously clean and safe. I also adore Jena Covello (founder + creator). She's innovative + intuitive when it comes to formulations and ingredients. You can find my thoughts on their holi(trinity) skincare line here + what else I purchased from the Black Friday sale here

Agent Nateur offers five different deodorants: the original known as holi(stick) N3, rose-scented holi(rose), uni(sex), holi(stick) sensitive(aime) probiotic deodorantI purchased the original holi(stick) N3 + the (aime) probiotic deodorant.

The original holi(stick) N3 is the first product ever created and launched by Agent. It's an all-natural, aluminum free formula containing oils to help prevent odor.

The (aime) probiotic deodorant was created in collaboration with the French skincare company, aime. It's also aluminum free and formulated with probiotic bacteria to prevent odors + keep your skin's natural bacteria in balance. I also loved that the scent was inspired by the South of France and the French Riviera with neroli, jasmine and citrus notes.

WHAT DO I THINK?

SCENTS
I really like both of the scents. The N3 has a fresh, slightly herbal tone. I pick up the eucalyptus and lavender notes but it's also very vibrant and fresh. It isn't overpowering or too strong. The (aime) is very unique too. I can't quite put my finger on it but it reminds me of something I've smelled before-- you can definitely pick up on the citrus but it's blended in well with the floral notes. It's a very interesting, unique smell but also familiar. Not too overpowering either which I appreciate.

APPLICATION
The formulas both apply nicely-- if you use too much at once, it can crumble and flake up a bit but it blends in easily. The packaging is also gorgeous--the container is sturdy, very sleek + simple. I've already used up all of my N3 so my only comment is I'm going through it faster than my previous deodorants. I apply a little bit more than the recommended 2-3 swipes (a habit since those early days of sweating!) but with the instructed use, one should last you three months.

EXPERIENCE
I've been testing them out for close to three months now and have been impressed with the results. You always hear interesting and sometimes mixed reviews when it comes to aluminum free/all-natural deodorants. I have a very active lifestyle at my job so I was a little skeptical with how things were going to go. In the very beginning (I would say first few weeks), I did notice a lot more perspiration than I had previously when using my regular deodorant. It might be worth mentioning that the deodorant I used previously was a clinical deodorant which is designed to prevent sweating so I never really did before. I could also noticeably smell the deodorant at the same time. Sometimes it's hard to smell yourself (lol), so I was a little concerned that with the sweating, I might also be stinky. I was assured by others that I didn't stink so I think it's safe to say the deodorant did an effective job at preventing any bad odors! On days when I was running around and feeling a little extra sweaty, I also occasionally reapplied in the afternoons. I would say I only did this 3-4 times in total.

Over the last month or so, I haven't noticed much or really any perspiration or noticeable scents coming off anymore. It's possible I could just be less aware of it now, but I really feel that it's more from being an adaptive process. I've always heard your body has to "detox" when switching from aluminum to non-aluminum due to the build up of metal + toxins in your system. I'm not entirely sure if this is 100% scientifically proven, but I definitely notice a difference now versus when I first started using. With hardly any sweating at all now and no visible odors, it seems to be working great.

Overall, I am very happy with my results and would recommend trying. I plan to keep repurchasing-- I trust and respect Jena and her products so I don't really have a desire to try anything else! I'm also excited to test some of the other scents soon too-- I think next I'm going to purchase uni(sex) and the sensitive formula. If you're looking to try one out, I would start with holi(stick) N3 first. I think the scent is the most universal + it also comes in both travel-size and the jumbo/regular size.

AGENT NATEUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE UNBOXING

Some of my Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are starting to arrive which means it’s time to unbox! One of my most exciting purchases this time around was from Agent Nateur— they're a clean, luxury skincare brand you can read more on in my previous posts here & here. Jena and the holi(trinity) collection are amazing so the sale was the perfect time to pick up a few new things.

My first priority was deodorant. Agent Nateur first started and gained recognition for their holi(stick) N3 Deodorant which is all-natural and aluminum free. I’ve been wanting to make the switch to a healthy deodorant for awhile now so I'm finally making the switch. I decided to go for the original holi(stick) N3 and the (aime) probiotic deodorant. I also love the look of holi(man) and should have ordered it too! It’s a unisex scent and the black packaging is super sleek and cool. If I like the formula, I will definitely order it next time. From opening, I like the scents of both the N3 and the (aime). My favorite so far is N3, however I haven’t tested them on me yet. I’ll be interested to see how the switch goes + if I have one of those weird detox periods everyone talks about. If you use natural/aluminum free deodorants, do you have any feedback or tips on switching?

On to skincare! I’ve been trying to give my skin a break from most products lately due to some stubborn redness/what looks like eczema. I’m not entirely sure if I had a bad reaction or if my skin is just acting up. I’ve had some small areas on my eyelids and around my nose/cheek that has been red and bumpy.

I think it could be from another cleanser or makeup remover I have so I’m crossing my fingers on Agent to the rescue. I grabbed both their holi(cleanse) and acid(wash) cleansers to replace what I was using. The holi(cleanse) is an oil based formula to remove makeup and soothe the skin. The acid(wash) contains lactic acid to gentle exfoliating the skin and serve as a daily face wash. Both are suppose to be good for sensitive skin and will hopefully help!

I also purchased a bottle of the holi(glow) ageless eye serum. I was debating on this and their new holi(bright) face mask. I ended up going for holi(glow) because it targets a lot of issues around the eye such as dark circles, dryness, wrinkles, etc. Adding the mask to my wish list for next time too!

Have you tried anything from Agent before?

AGENT NATEUR THE H O L I (T R I N I T Y) GIFT SET UNBOXING

In a recent post, I shared my thoughts on the Agent Nateur H O L I (T R I N I T Y) skincare collection. Because Agent Nateur is a luxury brand (ergo expen$ivo), a few months ago I purchased their *slightly more affordable* travel-size set to try. You can read the full post here, however since then I've been debating on whether to purchase the full-size versions. I debated hard, you guys. I'm talking I went back and forth on it for days hard. The saying goes-- nothing haunts us like the things we didn't buy! ;) Spoiler alert-- I did the damn thing! Let's do an unboxing.

Given the origin and types of ingredients used, although expensive I find the products to be worth their price. A lot of ingredients are imported directly from Europe, everything is organic and safe for the skin + body. I've been making an effort to try and switch to cleaner (but still effective) products this year. It's a work in progress but I trust Jena (the founder of Agent) and the ingredients she sources. I was holding back because I've normally only ever purchased affordable or mid-range skincare products. Ultimately, I decided to splurge not only on myself, my skin and my overall health. I also love that Agent Nateur is independently owned by someone like Jena-- she's amazing!

I was also able to take advantage of their Memorial Day sale which helped me save a little bit. If you sign up for emails, they do a few of these promotions throughout the year. I ended up purchasing the H O L I (T R I N I T Y) Full Size Gift Set. This includes three of their bestselling products: Holi(Water) Pearl and Rose Hyaluronic Essence, the Holi(C) The C Duo Calcium & Vitamin C and Holi(Oil) Refining Ageless Face SerumHere's how each product works:

Holi(Water) Pearl and Rose Hyaluronic Essence

"Restore your skin’s brilliance with holi (water). This lush serum uses organic plant extracts, precious minerals, and natural acid to improve the skin’s elasticity, tighten pores, and gently remove expired cells to reveal a hydrated, dewy glow."

Holi(C) The C Duo Calcium & Vitamin C

"holi (c) is calcium and vitamin C in their most stable, potent state. Our unique dry powder formula won’t oxidize, ensuring that you receive all of its regenerative benefits. Blend with our holi (water) to improve the texture of acne-prone skin, restore firmness, and reveal an ageless radiance."

Holi(Oil) Refining Ageless Face Serum

"Revive your complexion with holi (oil). This youth-illuminating serum contains natural ingredients rich in essential nutrients, antioxidants, and hydrating oils that reduce the appearance of aging, leaving skin supple, lifted, and luminous."

The Full Size Gift Set also comes in a beautiful box so I wanted to share a little unboxing of the packaging  + how it arrived in the mail.

You can see how beautifully packaged everything comes-- gorgeous purple tissue paper, free sample packets and Agent Nateur details. I also really appreciate that they wrapped the gift box in additional packaging material for protection. Because the bottles are glass, I was a little nervous about potential damage but it arrived perfectly! I didn't have any issues when I purchased the Travel Set either (also beautifully packaged).

Now I just need to find a spot to display these beauties. I'm excited to have the full sizes so I can start consistently using the products + monitoring how/if they affect or change my skin over a longer period of time. Would you all be interested in me sharing how I apply them + another review later on? Let me know your thoughts!

I love sharing unboxings with you all! Should you click on or make a purchase through the links in this post, I'll earn some money to keep on shopping! Pretty cool, huh? :)

AGENT NATEUR HOLI(TRINITY) THOUGHTS + IMPRESSIONS

A few months back, I decided to splurge on the Agent Nateur HOLI(TRINITY) Travel Set. If you're unfamiliar with Agent Nateur, it's a luxurious skincare and wellness brand that focuses on creating effective formulas made of non-toxic, natural ingredients. I discovered both the line and founder of Agent Nateur, Jena Covello on Instagram last year. Jena has incredible knowledge and insight when it comes to holistic health and wellness. She also has a very captivating presence-- I admire her glamorous, intelligent and authentic personality!

Seeking out clean, non-toxic alternatives is something that I have been working to incorporate into my life. Within the past several years, I've noticed some minor skin issues arise on my face and scalp that I can never seem to get rid of! While I can't confirm they've been caused from toxic products, I made the decision that it can't hurt to transition to as many clean, natural products as possible. This is where Agent Nateur comes in! I became obsessed with the idea of trying out their products. Not only are they clean and non-toxic, the customer reviews are outstanding. I finally bit the bullet and purchased the Holi(Trinity) Travel Set to try-- here's what I think so far!

AGENT NATUER HOLI(TRINITY)

The Holi(Trinity) Collection includes three of Agent Nateur's best selling products: Holi(Water) Pearl and Rose Hyaluronic Essence, the Holi(C) The C Duo Calcium & Vitamin C and Holi(Oil) Refining Ageless Face Serum. The three products have been created to use together in order to achieve a radiant complexion. Here's how each product works:

THOUGHTS + IMPRESSIONS

Rather than giving an official review, I wanted to share some general thoughts + "first impressions" on these products. I'll be honest with you guys-- the products are VERY pricey. So much so that I haven't wanted to use them every single day and run out! Because I purchased the travel size, I knew that if I used them every single day and loved them, they would run out quickly and I'd want to purchase them in the full-size. This is the first time I've ever purchased skincare in this price range so it's new + definitely a splurge to me! ðŸ˜‰

I follow the application steps listed on the box: first spray and apply Holi(Water), mix more Holi(Water) + Holi(C) and apply, then finish with Holi(oil). I believe you can use them day + night, however I've mostly used during the daytime.

Holi(Water) - The first thing I notice after applying the Holi(Water) Pearl and Rose Hyaluronic Essence is a slight tightening of my skin. The effect is instant, giving a more firmed and toned complexion. I absolutely love this! It doesn't feel irritating or aggravating at all, it's similar in feeling to when you wash your skin with cold water + your pores close up. Odd to describe but amazing-- it's a very unique product!

Holi(C) - Because I mix the Holi(C) Calcium and Vitamin Duo with the Holi(Water), I still feel the same tightening effect after applying the two together. The Holi(C) is a powdered formula which is also very unique- most Vitamin C products are already in a serum or liquid form. You have to mix this one with the Holi(Water) or some form of liquid to activate the ingredients. It mixes up very easily + absorbs into the skin well. After applying these two products, I can notice a subtle radiance to my skin! It doesn't look greasy, just a subtle shine.

Holi(Oil) - Applying the Holi(Oil) Refining Ageless Face Serum overtop the other products gives a healthy glow and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and supple. The first few times I tried this, it left my skin feeling greasy and it seemed to take forever to absorb. I kept hearing Jena share that it doesn't leave your skin with a greasy residue so I assumed I was using too much. Now I just apply 4-5 drops to my whole face and it absorbs a lot faster and doesn't look greasy or shiny. Once it completely absorbs, my skin feels baby soft and very hydrated.

Here are some un-filtered photos I took after using for the first time.

My consensus is- so far, I love! I've really enjoyed using the products and I think it does make my skin more radiant and refined. I haven't used it long enough consistently to see whether it affects any lines or how the long-term effects are, however I'm very happy with the Holi (Trinity) together. Each product also has a very unique, floral scent that is nice. It isn't overpowering or bothersome to me-- some fragrance can be too intense but this one is subtle once applied.

The packaging + brand also feels very luxe and high-quality. Each product (even the travel sized ones in my set) are in glass bottles which I appreciate. The process of applying the products is nice too-- it makes me feel a little special and a little fancy!

While expensive, I do think the quality + ingredients are definitely worth the price of each product. The results show and the peace of mind that the ingredients are safe and non-toxic is important. With anything in life-- whether it be beauty, food, etc., the healthier or "good for you" the product is, the more it usually costs. I'm still trying to hype myself up to splurge on the full-sizes, though ;) My problem is I also want to try everything else!

Have you tried out anything from Agent Nateur? If so, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
