WEEKLY CRUMBL | 10.18.24

Today we're kicking the week off with a little Weekly Crumbl Cookies review of last week's flavors! The line-up was: Cherry Cheesecake, Chocolate Cupcake, Lemon Crinkle, Maple Glaze, Pumpkin Roll and Snickerdoodle. They also featured their classic Chocolate Chip and Pink Donut which we skipped. The only repeat offender for me from this week was Lemon Crinkle, all others I hadn't tried previously.

I was the most excited for Pumpkin Roll this week- I'm a sucker for anything pumpkin with cream cheese. It's one of the best fall combos + perfect for this month. Also surprisingly, it ended up being my favorite flavor! Usually the ones I'm the most excited about end up being my least favorite, lol. This one definitely had a softer, cake-like texture that I think was spot on to a pumpkin roll. It also had a cinnamon roll filling element which so yummy + the cream cheese glaze was delicious. It reminded me a lot of cinnamon roll pancakes with a pumpkin flare. So good!

My next favorite also surprised me- Cherry Cheesecake. I'm not a big cherry or cheesecake gal but I do like cheesecake if it's done right. This one had a nice flavor, not too sweet + very smooth. I also think they improved the crust from the last time I tried one of the cheesecakes. It was a lot less crumby and more intact like you expect from a graham cracker crust. The cherry flavor was also great- a little tart and a great balance to the cheesecake.

I would rank Maple Glaze, Chocolate Cupcake and Lemon Crinkle all in a similar ranking. I really enjoyed the flavor of Maple Glaze- not too overpowering and I like brown sugar cookie base. I also loved the glaze and would love more on top- it definitely made it all come together! The Lemon Crinkle also has a bright, zingy flavor which I like. Ours was a bit on the crunchy side this time but the flavor was good. The best part of Chocolate Cupcake for me was the frosting- definitely spot on to the classic canned chocolate frosting which I love. The cookie part to me wasn't noteworthy. Ours was more on the dry + crunchy side which didn't give cupcake vibes to me.

Snickerdoodle was exactly how it should be- a cinnamon sugar cookie. I'm not as big of a fan of the regular Crumbl flavors (I like more specialty + toppings) so this one was my least favorite, however I think the flavor execution was spot on for snickerdoodle.

Which flavors would you pick to try?
