Happy Valentine's Day, lovies. I hope your day has been filled with all the good things. Regardless of whether you're sInGle like a Pringle or TaKeN, you're always a 10/10 boo. VDAY did kinda sneak up on us, though, huh? What is it about January feeling like it creeeeeeeeeped on by but now it's basically spring??? I'm telling ya'll, I'll never get over time. It's too wild. 1. OURA RING UNBOXING - Alright, this week Oura launched a new metric on tracking your stress levels + recovery throughout the day. I'm very excited by this, however so far my average stress level has been about three hours per day, lol. I'm not sure how accurate the data is right now but I'm interested to see where it goes + new ways to add in restorative time. One of my more recent goals has been to make more time for relaxing + lowering my cortisol. 2. SHE READS TRUTH BIBLE | UNBOXING - A non-negotiable in my daily routine is to always read a passage or a few verses from my Bible everyday.
