I love personal growth + self help books to learn more about myself, gain perspective on life and work on keeping a positive outlook. I think it's safe to say that all of us deal with ups and downs when it comes to life and our mental + emotional health. Learning more about whatever challenges I may be dealing with always seems to help me understand and overcome them a little more easily. Most of the time I'm also left feeling more inspired + motivated!
